2. Principle

This website is a purely informational site. It uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools, and embeds no third-party content. Fonts and all other content are loaded locally from our server; no data is transmitted to third parties when you visit.

3. Server log files

When the website is accessed, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, file requested, volume of data transferred, browser identifier). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure and stable operation of the website). Log files are deleted after 7 days. Hosting takes place in Germany or Switzerland.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once it is no longer required for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, please contact hello@aivu.ch.

6. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority for the controller is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), Sofia, Bulgaria. You may also contact the supervisory authority where you are located. For individuals in Switzerland, the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) applies in addition; the supervisory authority is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
